As it turns out, my family ended up going to Park City this weekend, giving me a great opportunity to expand my photography horizons and providing lots of shooting material. I must have looked quite odd because every five steps I would stop on the sidewalk and take photos of everything. I must have had the camera in front of my face for 90% of the trip. It was raining too, so I had to be quick and decisive about what to capture so my camera wouldn't become damaged.
Most the above images are from park city, (because the buildings there speak to my soul) with a few mixed in from around my hometown. Park City was like a ghost town (it's in between tourist seasons) so I didn't have to fight crowds or unknowing photo bombers. I did feel uncomfortable while shooting at home. This is because while I was photographing different churches, I felt super self conscious as people drove by and stared at me. But hey, you've got to do what you've got to do to get the photo.
